Dave Matthews Band (DMB) is a rock group originating from Charlottesville, Virginia. The band was founded in 1991 by front man Dave Matthews (vocals, guitar and songwriter). The band includes members LeRoi Moore (sax), Stefan Lessard (bass), Boyd Tinsley (violin) and Carter Beauford (drums). The band first broke through to the mainstream with their 1994 album Under the Table Dreaming. It would yield hits "What Would You Say," "Satellite" and "Ants Marching." Dave Matthews Band has become one of the 100 top selling musical acts of all time, having sold over 31 million albums in the US market.

The Lakewood Amphitheatre located in Atlanta, Georgia,
has been one of the premier concert venues in the Southeast
since its debut season in 1989. The venue was built specifically
for popular music. It was designed to offer a state of
the art musical experience for both music fans and artists.
Notable past performers include Bon Jovi,Van Halen,Rod
Stewart,Huey Lews & the News, Prince, The Steve Miller
Band, Sting, Lenny Kravitz,and Def Leppard. The venue
opened as the Lakewood Amphitheatre in 1989. At some point,
it became the Coca-Cola Lakewood Amphitheatre and retained
that name until 2000, when the name was changed back to
Lakewood Amphitheatre. In 2001, the venue became known
as HiFi Buys Amphitheatre. As of the 2008 season, the
venue is once again known as Lakewood Amphitheatre,due
to HiFi Buys filling for bankruptcy. utilizing a logo
similar to the one used before the name-change to HiFi
